kitten update ... problem.... and pictures

These little kittens are soooooo much fun. All they ever do is play and pounce and bite!! I am gaining their trust more and more everyday... I LOVE THEM SOOO MUCH!!!

I have been able to pet two so far... that actuall KNOW i am petting them... then they kind of act spooked and run... but I am making progress...

I think one of the little babies might be sick though... I was sitting and playin with them and this one never comes anywhere near me.. well he started over and sat down kind of close and every once in a while it sounded like he was wheezing.. He didn't do it all the time just every once in a while.. then Macy went over to get a drink and he tried to nurse... and was purring soooo loud. Poor little kitten... and I kept praying for him.. but if you guys might know what that might be.. (if anything) PLEASE let me know.. I know there would be no way of catching this little guy to get him to a vet...

I have so far named one of the kittens.. he is a little charcoal colered (boy i think) ... SHARKEY.... this little kitten is so CRAZY!! He looooves to play.. and with nothing.. he will jump up in the air and he was biting my toes.. ..

I want to give the little shy one.. (that may be sick) a really special name.. so any ideas are welcome..

well im sorry icant think of a name. i think u should base the name on your cats personality. this would be hard since he is so shy but keep trying. ill try to think of a name 4 you okay? your kitties are soooo cute and thats with 4 os at least!hehe! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

What a wonderful way to spend Christmas, with these adorable fluffballs. They are all just so cute. It's so nice to hear they are beginning to know and trust you. I am sorry one of these sweeties may not be well. I hope he doesn't get any worse and recovers soon.

As for the little sick one, could it be a URI? I really hope not because they will all likely catch it. I really pray it is nothing serious and that he is all better quickly.

Awww they are so cute. I can't really think of a good name for the shy one but i'm sure it will come to you. I keep thinking Tinker Bell for some odd reason. I just remember how shy she was in Peter Pan.


I'm sorry one of them is sick and you can't get him/her to the vet. Years ago I had sort of the same problem and this is what my Vet told me to do, go to a feed store and get Terramycin an anitibotc they use for chickens, cows pigs etc. Put just enough in thier water to turn it a very lite shade of yellow. No more then two weeks at the most. It worked great in my case and I still use it every now and again. The last strays I found I used it for them till I could get them to the vet. Right now my baby chickens are on it.

Some might not like this idea but you have to at least try something till you can get them in and I trust my vet. Just an idea.

Awwwwwww they sure are adorable. I'm so sorry to hear that one of them may be sick. It could be just an allergy or URI. Hopefully it's nothing serious. As for a name for the shy one, how about Bashful. Please keep us updated about him/her.
