You mean insert a hyperlink?
When you reply to a post, there's a button that says "http://" Click that, and follow what it says from there.

Copy the URL that you want everyone to click here to go to. Start a thread and just above where you type your post there are some buttons like http:/ and @ & IMG. Click on the http:/ one and a new box appears. Type Click here (or anything else you want it to say) and click ok. Another new box appears and this is where you paste the URL that you copied. Click ok and it’s done.
