For the second time in 2 weeks, I got a ticket!!! I am SO not used to these Michigan speed limits. 2 weeks ago, I was driving home from work. I got pulled over for doing 49 in a 35. (35 mph, PFFFFFT!!! I can walk faster than that!!!) When I went to get my license outta my wallet, it wasn't there!! The day before (Sunday) I went to Sam's Club and didn't have my card so had to show some form of ID to get in. Of course, it was my license. Did I put it back in my wallet??? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I put it in the back pocket of my jeans. Fortunately I had my old CT license that had my picture on it. I got a ticket for failure to carry my license on me. I'm going to court for that one. It was an honest mistake.

Today, I just get outta work and made a right turn onto Fort Street, which is a VERY busy, fast moving street. There were other cars going just as fast as I was. I have a standard which means I have to go a little fast just to shift into gear. BANG!!! I got caught on radar going 49 in a 35. This time I got a ticket for speeding. First one in my entire life!!! He said he was doing me a favor by saying I only went 5 miles over the speed limit. Gee thanks!! I'm going to pay for that one. But I swear, I'm either getting a bicycle or scooter.

And no, I don't want cheese with my whine, thank you very much!!
