My sister got a new baby!!!

His name is Rascal. He's an 11 week old Beagle and he's as cute as a bug. They've had him outside for part of today playing with him. He was so tired, I could barely get him to open his eyes for pictures. Of course, he's used to pictures - the whole family has been flashing in his face.

Ooooooohhhhhhh, puppy breath!

He has freckles on his tummy!

OMG--Rascal is simply precious!!!

I just ADORE beagles--we had one when I was younger and he was just the best!!!!!!!!
I have to say, the pictures are torture, because I want a beagle puppy so bad!!!!!!!!!

OMG! I just love Beagles.

I had one growing up, she was really more my brother's dog, but she was our family dog along with a boxer. When our boxer got old and started losing sight she took care of him and led him to his food and worried over him. When he passed she almost grieved herself to death but finally came out of it and began to eat.

She was great and even though she has been gone 20 years I just realized how much I miss her!

What a sweetheart. I remember those same looks from Samantha when we first took her in and she was adjusting to her new life... and those fresh little paw pads... puppy breath... *sigh* I want another one!!!
