    Max isn't feeling so good

My parent's dog, Max, is 15 years old (MaxandSpikesmom's Max).
I talked to my dad today, and he said Max has quit eating--won't eat anything--dog food, hamburgers, ham, nothing.
I believe he's going to the vet tomorrow.

If anyone could keep him in their prayers, I would appreciate it.

Poor Max! Please get well soon! Passing up a hamburger?! Max will be in my prayers, hoping everything is alright.

I hope that the vet can figure out an answer for Max and that his appetite will improve. Keep us posted, please! Max will definitely be in our prayers.

Well, Max didn't see the vet yesterday, but they did prescribe some antibiotics for him--it seems as though his mouth is sore. Lisa says he cries if she tries to touch a certain spot--possibly an abcessed tooth, maybe.
He has started his antibiotics, and ate a half of a can of food yesterday, and a half today, so that's good news.
They are to watch him over the weekend, and if he doesn't improve early next week, he needs to be seen.

Thanks for the positive thoughts and prayers

It seems Max is back to his old self, and healthy again!!
He's eating good, and playing as much as he does for his age, and will let someone touch his mouth now, and take a treat!!

    Thanks for the prayers!!!
