The kitties got a new toy

I bought this for them today at Petsmart, they really seem to like it.

Mine go nuts, and for that reason, the toy is in the living room, far, far away from the bedroom.

    Spoilt kitties!

Wow, they are getting a lot of great toys lately. I like the look of that one, and luckily Pixel has been banished from the computer room for attempted cable chewing otherwise I would be out of pocket too

    YAY! Trac Ball!

The first time Mr. Jones saw it he started licking the cardboard. He licked a whole right down to the bottom of it! I had to go buy a replacement cardboard.

Now I use the trac ball in the foster room, after a few days of islolation, the kitties start getting bored, so I bring in Trac Ball. Yes, I sleep in there with them and IT!

I was wondering how those toys were! I may have to get one now!
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

Hee, hee. We call that the 'Kitty Roulette Wheel' here.

We have one and Jazz will go spin the ball when she wants someone to play fetch with her. My husband says Jazz is dialing up some fun. She learned that trick when she was about 6 months old and still does it. She also loves to scratch on the cardboard. I've had to buy about 4 replacements over the past year and they are two sided.

Your furbabies look like they are having fun.

Lovable liked his very much. But the ball popped out and got lost, so he hasn't had it to play with for a while. I will get him a new one to help keep him entertained while I am in Florida over Labor Day.

Sunny loves his so much that he's been known to play with it at 3am. Cirrus used to play with it but hasn't lately. Sky also loves it and sometimes he'll play it with Sunny. Each cat will bat the ball back and forth to the other one. It's so cute. My RB Pepper used to love it too. Storm has never liked it. He just doesn't like to play with any toys that involve balls. Mine doesn't have the cardboard in the middle though.
Here's a pic of Cirrus playing with it.

    Here's Sky playing with it.
