    Dog takes self to vet.

    I'm impressed

very impressive dog! I'm wondering how fast a limping dog can run that the owners lose site of him and can't catch up to him though.

    This is one intelligent dog

Hm.. i'm wondering if maybe the person whom hit him got him and dropped him off. Or someone else did

I'm impressed too. That's a very smart dog.

Haven't you ever noticed that your own dog sometimes
recognizes a certain place when passing it in your car? I'm
certain it was no accident he made it to the vet's office, but
it certainly was very smart of him to remember where he was
& make it to the office. Wow, what an endorsement for that Vet's
    office & Staff.

    Incredible!

He not only found the vet, but he had the impetus to go there and not run in the opposite direction

Animals are much, much smarter than we give them credit for! After all, everyone on this site waits for at least one animal hand and foot!!!!
