First cross country Practice

I feel like crap now. We only ran 2 miles but I'm beat

I feel so sweaty and tired and I haven't ran in a while.

So I'm off to bed now

OH I just remembered, I have to go through this every day except weekends for the next couple months

But hey I guess it does keep me in shape and your body gets used to running a lot
