My secret garden...with a very strange plant!

It's unbelievably hot here today and though it's quite early in the morning Nellie prefers to stay in the shade...
everything looks so dry and burnt, but Nellie's still the prettiest "plant" in my garden...tehee...

    But what was that?!

Maybe a mousie...she has to investigate..."Mousie, come here!"

I want a "sprig" of that Nellie "plant" so I can grow one of my own. She is such a beauty.

WOW, that must be the elusive, difficult to grow, Cremesicle, so, so rare in the US. I had heard there was a sprig or two in Europe, and now I have proof!

I just love the abandoned way they act, UNTIL they hear the smallest sound, and must go investigate. Beware of the 'tamed' cat...

I don't know your growing season, but, would you accept an order for ten sprigs come my spring?

When I opened this thread my husband was in the room. I called him over to look at the "Creamsicle!"

    Cremesicle
Then I saw your comment Cataholic! Great minds...etc. etc......

Nellie.....now there's a cat with not a worry in the world!

Hmm, Do you think I could get a sprig of Nellie plant to grow near the bushes outside my apartment?
She's the first plant I ever saw ask for a belly rub.

Yes, I agree she's the prettiest plant in your garden. I'll take a few Nellie sprigs any day.

Oh my Nellie! I am captivated by your beautiful self and that "come hither" look as you lay there on your back waiting for a tummy rub, not to mention your GORGEOUS ORANGE FUR! Do you think I have a chance with you? Your furry admirer from afar. **sigh** Trevor

Oh, I love this picture of that beautiful Nellie. She's certainly
found the right place to "plant" herself. She's got it made
    in the shade.

Oh Nellie, My mom told me you sent me a PM and I jumped up on her lap to read it right away. I am so excited - my little kitty heart is thumping! I would love to walk through your garden with you, but alas! I am not even allowed outside! My mom tells me things are different way over across the ocean because most of the kitties are free to walk outside with the wind blowing in their fur and the feel of the garden under their paws. For the time being our romance will be confined to words on a keyboard but I do find you captivating. I look forward to seeing more pictures of you my sweet.

    Yours with lots of purrs,
    Trevor
PS - Here I am daydreaming about you my pretty one.
