until there was an error in the system I was so excited that everone could see my pets too. I took a picture of downstairs so I could see if it worked. And it did!!! Then I unpluged the camera from the computer, and went upstairs to take pics of Alex. I went back downstairs, pluged in the cam, and an error report message popped onto the screen, then dissappeared in a minute. Eryn, my sister, says she can't do any thing about it because she didn't see the error report Grrr....now I'm really mad and dissapointed. I'm going to ask her to uninstall the software, and then reinstall it to see if it works.

Does anyone have any advice?
