    Today is Samantha's 15th Birthday!!!

    Today my cat Samantha is 15 years old!
    I got her the summer I finished college as a pre-engagement present from my then boyfriend now husband.
    She has been through 2 moves with us and the addition of 3 kids and one parakeet and several goldfish over the years.
    She has been a part of my life for so many years and I hope she will be around for many more too.

    Here she is asking for belly rubs. She will get those and also tuna for dinner tonight.

    Here she is winking for her online boyfriend Tubby. ( I hope he sees this!)

    Let me be one of the first to wish Samantha a Happy Birthday!

    My furkids send everlasting chin rubs, a long lasting amount of catnip (keeps you perky) and hoping for many more Birthdays to come.

    P.S. Tucker says getting old is OK....they pamper you more as you age. (she should know, she's 17)

    Tubby has been biting his nails worrying whether I would have time to get some pics of him ready for his sweetheart's birthday.


    He could already taste all the treats she'd be getting, and was wondering if there'd be any left over for him.

    NOTE - those are Terry's legs in the background - not mine!

    He wanted to send her his best "Lion" pose....or is it "Panther" pose - sometimes he gets confused.

    Have a wonderful day Samantha! Speckles says she does not feel much different at 16 than 15. I think it's a special time because now the "seniors" get to relax and enjoy the "golden years"

    Samantha is taking a cat nap right now but I know she is dreaming about kissing your sweet furry face . . . just look at that smile on her face!

    Ooops! T & P's Mom got a little ahead of herself. Peanut is still not quite 15 - sometime later this year. I was thinking she was just a bit older than Samantha, but it turns out it's the other way around.

    And Tubby's birthday is sometime in springtime, don't know exactly when, but I always figure sometime in June.....
