    Landscaping 101

Welcome to Landscaping 101. Your instructor tonight will be Heyoka, the malamute.

First it is important to have a competent supervisor. Fortunately, around here, we have old, wise Preacher.

It's always nice to involve the foster kids in your activities. It makes them feel like part of the family and is good practice for when they have their own humans.

This is how you do it Kira...just bend the branch a bit.

Then you give it a little chew.

Now you try, little one. See I told you it was easy!

Throw in a little digging and dirt movement and the final result should be something like this!

That concludes tonight's lesson. Thank you for your attention.
    Heyoka!

    LOL!

Does Heyoka request to be paid by the hour?

Of course lately all Kia is excavating is poop from the litter box.

If you are into a moonscape for your yard, my dogs would be glad to assist!

Kira is still with us, going on three months now. She's gained a bit of weight, but she's so active that she keeps burning it all back off. A few people have come to look at her, but no one came back. The last time she acted like a little moron while they were visiting! Oh, well, the right people will come along eventually.

How cute!!!! We don't need any Landscaping 101 at this house, though. Honey has already taken the advanced course and is far beyond 101!! She's trying to get to China, I'm convinced!!!
