My Italian Greyhound has started getting hives from sunshine. Vet said to use a sunscreen, but I can't find any for dogs. Does anyone know of where I might find one?

I would just try a children's hypoallergenic nonscented sunscreen, with a high SPF. I don't know that there's any specific sunscreen for dogs as opposed to people ...

I read an article not too long ago on this what I can remember is to make sure it has a SPF of 15 and if your dog likes the water buy a watersport sunscreen. Also, and this is probably the most important, the article mentioned that PABA is dangerous to dogs so try to find one without that in it.
