Conrad is just gorgeous. He reminds me a little of my dear Pookie (deceased - see COTD Nov 24 '02) and the little orange guy I have now named Sonny Boy. Aren't orange toms the absolute best and neatest cats? Never met a one I didn't like, or who didn't like me. I also have Hobbes, my 12 year-old 20-pound orange boy. The best cat in the world -- ever! You are so lucky to have such a wonderful little orange boy as Conrad!

Dearest Conrad, you are the living proof that the best cats in life are free. All the darlings that I knew as a child were cats that either were found wandering, came to the door and asked for a home, or were "free to good home" when a neighbor's cat had kittens. I hope spaying and neutering will reduce the population of Conrads who live under cars and eat from dumpsters, but God bless and protect them, they are wonderful creatures, too!

What a beautiful boy! What an inspiring rescue story!



These are "My Boys" Stormy and Spencer. They were from a litter of kittens dumped on the side of the rode with their Mother. A kind lady fostered them and then the local shelter adopted them out. They are such a blessing to our household.
How can people dump such beautiful and loving creatures. Everyday Spencer (The red one) wakes me up to a face full of kisses.
