    Our Peach is gone.....

    Today we took our chesapeake bay retriever, Peach to the vet to have her PTS. She had severe hip displasia, had totally lost all ability to stand, was in considerable pain, unable to control her bodily functions, and had begun to have seizures. We had tried several different medications to control the pain, but in the end there was nothing else that we could do to help her. It was a difficult decision and my heart is breaking right now.

    I love you and miss you already.

    I'm so sorry. I'm grateful that we're able to do something so kind of our best friends. I know it's so hard to let go, but Peach is at that wonderful place waiting for you. Try to think about her running and playing again. Maybe that will help a little. Again, I'm so very sorry.

    My heart is breaking with you, Robin Please accept my most sincere and heartfelt condolences. Your Peach was such a beautiful dog. I know she's healthy and whole once more, enjoying the sunshine and warmth and friendship of all our beloved doggies, there at the Rainbow Bridge. Say hi to my Labbie Jingles, Peach.     I'm sorry for your loss, Peach is running and playing the the RB and waiting for you. She' very beautiful in her picture. I know that you miss her terrible.

    I am so sorry. I know you must be in great pain right now but remember that you gave your Peach the freedom to run free without pain. You did the right thing. Stay strong and know that your girl will be watching over you. I will keep you in my prayers.

    I'm so sorry for you loss. When my brother had to make the same decision with his black lab it took the family a long time to get over it. Rest easy, knowing that little Peaches is running and playing with his toys in the RB and she's waiting for you! I pray that God will speed your healing.

    Oh Robin how awful for you. I am so sorry, and I can only imagine the pain you are feeling right now. Just know that you did what was best for Peach, I know she is running around and enjoying her life at the Rainbow Bridge. You gave her the ability to have fun and be a puppy again, and she will be eternally grateful to you for that. She is watching over you, and I know you loved her very much.

    I am so very sorry you had to say goodbye to Peach.

    Although it probably doesn't feel like it now, but you did her
    a great kindness & showed true love and respect for Peaches
    by letting her go with dignity. You will be in my thoughts and
