Hi i have a Red-Bellie Parrot her name is Rina. I had rina for about two weeks. She was very spoiled were she wouldn't stay in a cage. She has resulted in rubbing her head really hard on the bars to were she has no feathers there any more. What do i do. Also she will be 16 weeks in a few days how soon should should i try and train her even though she still is shy. Will her feathers ever grow back on the head or not. Please give help if any on my situation.
