    Ohh...you look so cute playing with your little whistle....You're so sweet to your Finches and Parakeets. I can see why you're so well loved. Here's to sweet birdies and people who take good care of them everywhere!!!
    For Gus, my sweet cockatiel who sadly flew out of my life in 2000. You taught me how deeply I could love an animal. Thank you for teaching me how special and wonderful birds are!

    Oh Kiwi, aren't you the prettiest birdie!!! And what a beautiful name to go along with your beautiful "Kiwi" coloring!! You're such a hoot, fltting around making such mischief...springing you Budgie buds from jail and eating your Mom's homework (Yeah, right!) Now I just have one question...Do you hang upside down WHEN you eat or are they individually exclusive talents?? What a joy it was to meet you sweet, adorable little Kiwi, our most BEAUTIFUL Pet of the Day!! Congratulations cutie!! I hope you and the whole gang have a happy, happy day of celebration!

    Good Afternoon Kiwi, my what a pretty little girl you are and I love that photo of you holding onto your toy. It sounds like you have a wonderful life, playing with the other birds, watching the fish., etc. etc., and all those wonderful things to eat.     Thanks for all the comments. She's sitting here on my shoulder and I read them to her.
    She seems to be thinkign, "Yeah, so what's the big deal, plenty of people love me." lol. Strange bird.


    IN answer to your question, yes, she does eat upside down, here's a pic (that's her pellet mix in a tank I use for mixing).


    Since I sent in her nomination, I got my cockatiel B For back and they're getting along pretty good and she springs him from his cage too. ^.^

    you can put a bird in a cage but you cannot make him sing.
