Sweet Little Smoke!

Dearest Smoke, what an absolutely sweet little fellow you are, indeed! You're an utterly adorable young man, just two months old in that great photo, and thank you for sharing it with us. You're so cute, fitting so nicely on your side in that shoe box, looking over your shoulder! Now you are a bigger boy, two and a half months old and I'm sure even more adorable! Your black-grey Tabby coat is so pretty and looks so very soft. What a sweet face you have with those perky kitten ears and lovely big golden eyes and what looks like it might be a smile (and probably is!). I wish I could reach through the screen and way over to Kamloops, BC and give you some gentle pets and head-skritches! I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrson will give you some pets and skritches for me .

And what a delightful Purrrsonality you have! You're full of energy and make your dear Purrrson smile with your antics. You're mischievous, speedy, and playful, and you chase your tail as you wait for your supper. You like to sleep in small places, especially boxes. As we see photographically, you will contort yourself to fit into one, whatever the size! You're still small enough that you fit in most any of them, but you may be in for some surprises as you outgrow them! And when your energy runs out, you're ready for cuddles, enjoying them with rumbling purrs. Your Purrrson says " I hope you love my baby as much as I do!" I'm very glad to tell her/him that yes, I do! You both love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

Congratulations, darling sweet little Smoke, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Purrrson and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.

Be still my heart! What an adorable, pawsitively precious, purrsonality packed baby boy you are, Smoke! And what a character! Your photo had me laughing out loud! At first glance it looked as though you were playing in a gutted, 50's model TV! Well, as photogenic and expressive as you are you were made for TV, those gorgeous, golden eyes lighting up the screen!

How lucky your human is, having a playful, mischievous, fun and life loving, sweet as can be fur baby in you, Smoke! The joy and laughter you bring to her/his life is truly the gift that keeps on giving. I doubt anyone could love you more than your human, Smoke, but oh yes, consider me smitten, my heart yours!

Thanks for the BIG smiles, sweetheart! Meeting you today, reading your human's heartwarming tribute has brought some much needed *sunshine* to my dark and rainy day! What an adorable kitten you are! I agree with my friend tatsxxx11- I too thought you were playing inside a vintage television set! I see it's a box that you fit just right!

You are a precious, busy kitten! You play with your tail as you wait for your dinner, and go at full speed! Then it is time to find the nearest box for a nap. Or, maybe some cuddle-time and purr-time! PURRR-fect! Best of all, you are a loved kitty guy!
