Hi Biff (a.k.a. Bigfoot) in Alabama! Happy Dog of the Day to you, sweetheart!

Oh Biff! What a beautiful, most precious Cocker Spaniel boy you are! Your feature photo, those big, brown, soulful eyes looking so lovingly into the camera, the sight of you showered with those pretty flower petals is melting my heart! (They look like magnolia petals to me!)

Yes, it is quite the challenge for us humans, transitioning from fulltime parents to empty nesters! But wait! Their nest is anything but empty! While your skin siblings may have flown the coop, hehe, you're not going anywhere, helping to fill that empty space in their lives with your love and devotion, your joyfulness and giving spirit!

How lucky your Mom and Dad are, having a furbaby, a full fledged furry family member as beautiful, as sweet and loving, as giving as you, Biff; having known your unconditional love and unwavering devotion the past 10 wonderful years; wanting nothing more to love and be loved in return! What a treasure you are, Biff, beautiful inside and out! Any family would consider themselves blessed, having a furkid as special as you! You're the best, and so very deserving of your big day of honor!

At 9:00 every night he starts staring at the clock, as he's ready for bed, but he won't go without us. He's a real sweetheart, loves to ride in the car, even if it's just for one of us to move a few feet in the driveway so the other one can get around.

Meeting you today, having the pleasure of honoring you here today, reading your Mom's love filled tribute and learning of the very special place you hold in your pawrents' hearts, the joy your bring to their lives has been such a treat! Dearest Biff, a.k.a. Bigfoot, what a beautiful, adorable Cocker Spaniel you are! That light brown fur is so pretty and looks so soft, and you have the sweetest face with those lovely big dark eyes looking right up at me. What a great story you have to tell! You joined your dear human family at age six weeks, and you're still together ten years later (and always will be ). You've slowed down some, and now that your siblings have left the nest, you're alone while Mom and Dad are at work. You're so happy to see them again when they come back home, they might have been gone for a month! Carrots are your favorite treat, and you love when one is tied up in a bandana and thrown. You growl and pull and untie it, and then you try to tie it back up again. You're ready for bed at 9PM, but you won't go without your parents, so you keep watching the clock to remind them it's time. You love car rides, even if the car is just being moved a bit in the driveway! You're your parents' only baby left at home now. You all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
