Goodness, Patches, you certainly knew what you were doing when you chose your forever home all those many years ago! We are glad you convinces the humans to let you stay, even if the kitty-in-residence at the time didn't exactly want a new playmate! And you even found one for yourself, and you are he have been good buddies and indoor kitties ever since! We are glad you are a much-loved kitty, as that is probably why you do not look nearly as old as you are! That and the fact that you boys still enjoy a good round of kitty speedway though the house! Congratulations, Patches, you are our handsome survivor and Cat of the Day!

Dearest Patches, you are gorgeous! What a fine-looking, handsome, distinguished mature gentleman you are! My 15-year-old boy Bob says "Hello, Meow." Your fur is so pretty, and I can see how you got the name Patches. And what a sweet face you have, with those golden eyes. And what great pictures you've posted, especially the one of you and Mittens relaxing side by side. I wish I could reach through the screen to Baldwinsville, NY to pet you, and Mittens and Kanani too! I can't, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrson will pet you all for me .

And what a nice home and family you found! The resident cat Kanani didn't care for the new occupant, so you went out and collected a new friend, Mittens. You and he have great times wrestling and playing and speeding around through the house. (We hope Kanani eventually became more friendly, too.) You are very busy with garage chipmunk patrol in warmer weather and watching the birds from the windows. You are a purring machine and your Purrrson's alarm clock cat. What a delightful love-filled home you all share!
