Brandyn's birthday cake Shannon bought at Dairy Queen and Brandyn getting his piece of the cake on his 13th birthday.Hard to believe he is 13 and going to Grade 8 next year and that graduation is next June.This year Brandyn has been playing in the Grade 7 band,he plays trombone, all of them had never played an instrument before this.They practiced every Tuesday before school,they had an assembly at school on Friday where they played Mom went with Marlene,Shannon had to work,Marlene sent a video of it to Shannon so she could hear it.they still make mistakes but played pretty well for their first year.there grade 6 students watching,this will be them next,will get an idea of what they would like to play in the band.
