Collies-- UNBELEIVEABLE!!!!!!!!!!

Ok I know lots of you are following this on collie boards I have to let you all know how STUPID Our state can be.
They are letting that idoit who was starving 180 collies and 11 cats VISIT them at the compound twice a day for an hour each day!!! So what if she has to be escourted by a deputy!! I can't beleive this c**p shes facing 180 counts of abuse do we allow child or rape victums to be visited by the person whom harmed them.
I'm sorry for this outburst but I just can't beleive this,I wonder if they are going to be dumb enough to let her have them back?
