    What a sweet looking turkey you are. I love the picture of you and your duck friend. Did you know that the turkey was in the running for the national bird of the United States at one time? Ben Franklin wanted a turkey to be our national bird but the eagle was chosen instead. I'm glad you are safe in Canada enjoying your family and friends today. Congratulations on being our special Pet of the Day today, sweetie.

    Dear, sweet Jimmy Girl. You are such a precious birdie. I think from this day forward Thanksgiving Day should be the day we should CELEBRATE you turkey kids! After all, who could ask for a more loving, sweet and gentle companion than you, Jimmy Girl???     It was nice to hear from you all!
    It's pretty cold and snowy here so I am limited to the barn but my mom visits often and Im not too lonely especially with Limpy, Sunny, Millie, Chico and Chip.
