    Brutes

Dear, beautiful Brutes. I know the many GSD lovers and guardians here on Pet Talk will be so thrilled to see the face of such a noble canine greeting them this morning. It seems that one cannot look into the face of a GSD without using the adjectives refined, noble, dignified; and rightfully so. After reading your moving biography, I would have to add brave, courageous and heroic to that list of accolades. And your amazing family deserves our heartfelt praise and thanks as well. Yours is the type of family we wish all dogs were fortuante enough to call their own. I hope and pray for a successful surgery come March. I have the feeling that with your incredible determination and courage and your family's devotion and love, you will come through with flying colors! It was an honor to meet you Brutes. I wish for you a very long, healthy and happy life. Thanks to you Brutes for gracing our day. You are one truly deserving Sunday Dog of the Day!

Sandra could not have expressed my feelings any better. Brutes you are such a magnificent dog and I love how your humans just want you to be able to "be a dog."

Many blessings go to your guardians for taking such good care of you and giving you as much love as they possibly can. I pray that your next surgery will go as well - and soon you will be romping around and enjoying a dog's life.

Congratulations Brutes - you have received a very high honor that is well deserved - DOG OF THE DAY!!

That is a wonderful way to start a day, looking at such a handsome, intelligent and kind face such as you have, Brutes. Considering all you have already been through, you are strong yet and obviously a very loving companion. You will have the strength to make the next big test in March, I know. And in the meantime all the love and joy you give your owners will make them stronger and better prepared for the procedure. You are a truly wonderful friend!
