    A belated Happy Gotcha Day for Sam 9 years

    Sorry Sam, I remembered your Gotcha Day June 19th, but forgot to post it online. So tomorrow you and the rest get some fish. I'm also posting some pix of you for my friends to see. Sorry for the age of these pictures. I have others on the phone, but haven't downloaded them yet.

    It's been an interesting 9 years, Sam. You are the sweetest kitty around; stubborn; goofy, and my Sam. Our conversations usually have me saying "Sam, No!" right before you crash into something. I hope I get to say those words for another 9 years and more.

    To my friends:

    A lady had some barn cats and I needed a companion for Spunky. I wanted an orange cat and she had one. I picked him up on June 19th. He was about 8-9 weeks old and was already much bigger than Spunky's munchkin size at 6 weeks.

    Sam's favorite spots are in the cat bed in front of the TV or near computer AND next to me in bed. He has claimed the bed as his territory. Silly Sam. He is my big, lovable galoot, always looking like he's caught by surprise, and yet insists that I and others ask permission to touch him. I think that makes him more lovable.

    and Phesina for the Orange Font. I hope I didn't mislead anyone. It is Sam's 9th Gotcha Day Celebration! He's sacked out in one of his many kitty beds. I'll try to get some updated pictures.
