For those of you following the saga of Clyde, the Bengal, in our fair city....glimmers of common sense are showing. Denver's ordinance forbids "wild hybrids" as domestic pets, and Animal Control said Clyde, who's great grandaddy was an Asian Leopard Cat had to go. Clyde was on TV, and cuddlier, sweeter, more gorgeous baby can hardly be imagined. Well, sufficient yowls, hisses and spits from cat lovers, plus legal action by Clyde's dad, have resulted in a "variance" for him, and indications City Council will revise the ordinance.
