    Small Babs update

    Babs was at the vet yesterday and she's 58lbs! Can't believe she's gotten so big...she's only a year old, too!
    Everyone at the vet's office absolutely LOVES her - we always have people stopping by our room to say hi Babs is such a rascal though...they took her back to clip her nails and she wiggled out of her collar and went up to visit the receptionists

    Anyways, here are a few pictures of my Basset


    (yes, she usually sleeps like that)


    AAAAND, just because she was the cutest puppy I've ever seen...here are a few pictures I recently stumbled across from when my sister first got her



    Also, we're supposed to get hit with 6-8" of snow and I'm 99% sure I'll have a snow day tomorrow, so if that happens you should probably expect a lot of pictures of both dogs Babs has yet to experience any major snow, and I'm not sure what she'll do once it gets taller than her legs

    How funny - yup, visiting reception is way more fun that getting nails clipped! Should be interesting to see how she reacts to belly-deep snow!

    Oh be still my heart again!!! Do you know how much I love Bassets and Beagles?!?

    Love all of the pics but especially the one of her sleeping on her back/side. She is a pretty...pretty girl. Give her a big old ear scratch for me.

    So cute that she went to reception to visit. I bet they loved her.
