Chihuahua shot by BB gun ~ In desperate need

Calling all Angels! FuMan Chew is an 8 yr old Chihuahua mix that was shot with a BB gun at close range today. The BB went through his chest and nicked his heart. He is part of a Military family and, as we all know, they don't made a lot of money. His family is desperate to raise the funds to save him. IMOM has already pledged $500 for emergency treatment/transfusion but the total estimate -- even with a discount -- is $1800. It is urgent that funds be raised tonight!

Please, if you can pass on your morning latte, donate to his surgery. You can read more about it at the link below. It also contains links and directions on how to donate funds to GF-FuMan Chew.

    Please crosspost where appropriate.

Poor boy! I PM'd Lady's Human, in case he knows any military forums that might want to contribute as well.

Please continue to get the word out. So far $175 in donations have come in. That leaves $865 to be raised this morning. No donation is too small.

Here are some photos of this precious boy. He is struggling at the vet.

Awww! Poor guy and his humans. Was it intentional? Hope they get all the funds they need.

Some people believe holding on and hanging in there are signs of great strength. However, there are times when it takes much more strength to know when to let go, and then do it. --Ann Landers

I'm cross posting to the F-150 forum, there's a ton of military there.

Oh, that's wonderful! I'm on way my over to the link to get the scoop. I can't believe the full amount was donated so quickly.
