Oh My Goodness, I just had a "cute attack" LOL. Ritzy, You are ADORABLE... one of the cutest little dogs I've ever seen on this site. I would just like to hold you and play with you. What a sweet cute smart little dog you are; it was a pleasure to read about you. I loved your photos and your little sweater...just so cute (what's another word for cute?). Oh, be still my heart! How utterly adorable, painfully precious you are, Ritzy! You may be a wee, wittle one, but oh my gosh, are you packed with personality; so adventurous and athletic, and more than capable of holding your own with the big boys, no doubt! And I see you love to show off your feminine side as well! Your colorful outfits are too sweet, and I couldn't help but notice your bed is color coordinated, hehe And being the water loving baby that you are (my kind of pup) could it be you have a stylish swimsuit stashed in your wardrobe, too?

Bless you Ritzy, for helping to heal your Mommy's heart after her great loss...I've been there myself, and the comfort I received from my furry ones during that very difficult time was without equal. How lucky your Mommy is, having a joyful, active, people loving pup such as you in her life!

I hope you're enjoying a super special, fun filled Dog of the Day bash, Ritzy; being loved and pampered to piece, treated to all your heart desires! It might not be swimming weather, but no doubt your Mommy has something special in mind. I see you like snow, too, and if your lacking, you're more than welcome to come up my way; we've got a foot or more!

Ritzy - you taught me something today that I didn't know - that it really is possible to pack a ton of cuteness into a tiny 4 pound doggie! There you are - living proof. What a little doll you are. If you were living here, I would be very tempted to carry you around all day.

However - I don't think you'd really like that all the time. You sound much too adventurous for anything like that. You have such a fun time - just what all doggies deserve. You are such a lucky little girl.

I don't know if there are any special plans to celebrate the honors today, but whatever you do, just make it extra super-duper fun, okay pretty girl?

What a sweet precious little pup you are.I have two yorkies living
