    Ain't Misbehavin'

    Myself on vocals, Norman Thalheimer on piano and my husband Barry Skeete on percussion. We had a blast! A short segment promoting the concert we are doing on April 20th.

    Thank you all so much!! It helps boost my confidence for the concert. That won't happen until the 20th. The plan is to record it on CD, but I don't know yet if we will be able to video it yet. Working on that. . .

    As far as "wax on, wax off" - can't help that at all!! I can't sing unless my hands are waving in the air!! Must be an Italian thing. . .

    I recently "auditioned" for a vocal teacher and he asked me to sing something for him. I stood there stiffly and tried to do it and it was terrible! I asked him, "Is it ok if I move?" He looked at me like I was crazy, but I redid it with hands waving and body bending and showed him what I could do. We both cracked up when I finished.

    Thanks again everyone!! I'll keep ya posted on the concert.
