Sad to say , but with funding cuts coming Our Stray Animals are going to be the ones who pay the most , with their lives
They have 60 Million Dollars in Hamilton for a New Football Stadium , but are slashing funds for Stray Animals, Librariies and Transit.
Some one is electioneering for the Middle Class who vote and only care about themselves.
I just hoped I am not fined for feeding the Porch Cats as Wildlife, as I will have to stop.

So sad, those poor animals. Yet americans would rather buy a pizza once a week then give money to the animal shelter.
