    Oh come on!

    A fresh piece of Ahi doesn't taste anything like fish.

    It melts in your mouth and is so sweet.

    Sushi isn't just tuna. You can get veggie rolls, shrimp and other types of rolls.

    My fave is a type of roll with a spicy tuna salad, with green sprouts in a nori sheet rolled into a cone.

    I agree Richard. Sushi would be the ultimate use of really good tuna. I just LOVE it! Like buttu!
