We used to have a tradition every year. Someone bought this butt ugly sconce, wrapped it up and gave it to one of the cousins (there are 5 of us). The following year, the same sconce was beautifully packaged and put nder the tree. No one new who was going to get stuck with it. And it goes on, and on, and on. Somewhere along the years, the sconces were lost. I'm on the hunt for THE ugliest sconce I can find.

Check your attic guys and don't forget your basement. I'll pay for shipping.

Now THAT is a great practical joke! I especially liked when the friend clapped his hands and laughed when asked if they had wrapped any presents that were already wrapped!
