Hi CM and thanks.
I enjoyed a very lovely day today cuddling with Max. It's been beautiful weatherwize - lots of sunshine but a bit on the cold side. This is the first year our family is not having a Thanksgiving dinner. My SIL is renovating her place and I can't cook so it's been nice just to hang around and "putz" all day. I have not forgotten what today is all about though and give thanks for everything in my life.
Happy Columbus day to all of you south of the border!!!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
