You are a nice girl, and I was happy to help find a new home for your boy kitties.

Congratulations on being the Cat of the Day, Tiger Lily! You have a wonderful life story, and I hope you have many more years of the Good Life.
I am so amazed by the portrait photo of you sitting in front of the brick wall. The colors in your lovely fur are just right to go with the background. It is a wonderful photo!

Oh what a wonderful and cute story! I am so glad you found a good home with your babies. I am sure your baby boys also have a good home by now.
In addition, you are gorgeous, Tiger Lily! Have a great day sweetie! Kisses
I'm so sorry you couldn't stay with your entire family, but hopefully the boys have a great home now, just like you and Piper have. Try to get along with the other kitties in your house; it will make for a much nicer life for all of you. Enjoy your special day today.
Tiger Lily, what a stunner you are! I'm sorry that you had to be separated from your boys but your human certainly took good care of all the details so I'm sure that they're all doing well. Enjoy your day as COTD, pretty girl.![]()

Tiger Lily - I'm so glad that you and your kitties have great homes...and that some of you were able to be together...not one of you went away alone! Yah!
I love your pictures too...you are a special girl indeed! Enjoy your COTD status!![]()
Lovely! I burst out in a wide grin as I perused Tiger Lily's write-up. Made my day.
Tiger Lily and I would just like to thank everyone who has replied!
We both feel so very special today!
Welcome on PT Tiger Lily's mom!
I am surprised Tiger Lily was already good looking (well fed, clean) before you adopt her, although she was a barn cat. She seemed to be a good mom too! Her babies are adorable. Hopefully her urinary issues are over by now.
I love your tuxedo Kit tooShe is gorgeous

I just wanted to try to make some comments in reply to some of your wonderful posts!
Tiger Lily wasn't adopted in the normal sense of adoption. She was found in our barn...how she got there, I do not know. Whether she just wandered off from a home or got dropped off by uncaring owners or what, she ended up in our barn with her kittens.
I was pretty amazed that all of the cats were so clean. The kittens didn't have any ear mites or flea infestation or any of the other problems you might think they'd come with from living in a dusty old barn loft, Mom only eating what she hunted and killed for who knows how long, etc.
I was also amazed how well they all took to being indoors, especially Tiger Lily. She adjusted so easily I figure she must have been someone's pet at one time. My wild guess is uncaring owners found her to be pregnant and dropped her off out here in the rural area we live in. In our earlier years living here, we had drop off cats and dogs every spring/summer. So Tiger Lily wasn't the first stray to become a pet of ours over the 27 years we've lived here.
Piper is a bit longer and taller than her Mom. Tiger Lily has shortish legs.
Although I'm not pleased to fit her Friskies food, it seems their low PH variety of canned foods are the only foods that keep Tiger Lily healthy with her urinary tract. I tried to wean her back to a rotation of Chicken Soup For the Cat Lover, Natural Balance, Natural Life and Performatrin, but she ended up with the problem again, so I've kept her on Friskies low ph. I do give her small amounts of the better quality food on occassion.
Never having had any human kids, the pets around here are always spoiled. I can't have kid birthday parties, so we have private parties for the pets! Same with Christmas, my favorite Holiday.
Gorgeous Tiger Lily, how serenely beautiful you are! You remind me a little of Kristen's cats Lily and Luna.
I copied this adorable picture of Piper from your Web page:
You and Piper and the kitty siblings are ALL the Cats of the Day for me today! I just want to wish you a very long, happy, fun-filled life!
