I've posted recently about possibly getting a dog. I have cats so I have to be careful of what kind of dog I get.

how many of you have dogs AND cats? which did you get first, was the dog a puppy when you got it, or did you get them both as a puppy/kitten at same time? those of you that have both, what kind of dogs do you have?
how do they get along together, how do the cats react to the dogs?
