Salt blocks?

I was wondering if anyone here gives their rats those little salt wheel blocks? I used to give them to my hamster & gerbils growing up but I have had rats for 17 years now & never gave one to a rat.

Yes... I do have a salt block for my rats. Once and a while they will lick the wheel, but they love it when I rub by salt on my finger and they lick it off. They go crazy over it!!
