Oslo pics, plus, does anyone want to watch him for a year?

Alright, first I have three bad pictures of him today.

And then, I think I'm not going to be able to keep Oslo, at least for a year. I am almost sure I'm going to be spending the next year in New Jersey as a working student at a horse barn. I wouldn't be able to take him or my two rats with me.
My parents don't want him, and he already is not getting enough attention but I don't want to give him up to a stranger, not the rats if I can help it. If you need to, you can neuter him, but he's not now because he's show (and breeding) quality. If you wanted you could show him. Also, if you bonded with him at the end of the year and really wanted to keep him then you could.

Again, I feel so bad doing this but I am not happy here, and I feel like I have to put myself before Oslo. My mom says it's the right decision but I still feel guilty.

Where do you live? He is really cute. If you are anywhere close to me, I would take him! He deserves a wonderful home, I am sorry you must give him up

    Thank you so much Michelle!

Please be responsible, spay and neuter your pets!

Thank you for offering. I live in Iowa/ Illinois, so you're pretty far away.

Aww, I have always loved seeing that little guy of yours.. he is insanely adorable!
I, too, think this is a very unselfish thing for you to do... and it takes a strong person to do it. I know I would be in the same boat as you if I weren't going to a local college.
Best of luck to both of you; I hope everything works out. :-)

Thanks. I'd give him to my cousin but they have two female bunnies already.

Thanks. I've let my old 4-H leader know that I'm looking for a home for him so that she can tell all the kids in 4-H. He started out as my 4-H project in 2005.

Eva, what are you looking for as far as a home goes? By that I mean, are you looking to rehome Oslo in Illinois? Or would you consider bringing him to NJ to be rehomed? I may have one or two people I could ask (I honestly don't know what they would say, but I know they have experience with rabbits).

My first choice is someone on PT that could give me updates on how he's doing. I've had an offer that just may work. I'm also not sure whether I could take Oslo on the train, and I may not be able to rent a car because most places like the person to be at least 21 so I just don't know how I could get him to New Jersey. Thank you though.

What a cutie he is. Sadly no bunnies for this house. Kia and Chipper try to eat them.

That's fine. If all goes well in about two weeks another PT member should have him. I still need a place for my rats to go though.

Fingers crossed that that all goes well with Oslo going to a fellow PTer. How great!

Oh, I really wish I was closer! I had been seriously playing with the idea of adopting a few ratties soon.
