In Loving Memory of Joan and Dave Ploss

My Mom has been gone for 35 years today. My Dad for 11 years. I went to church and lit candles then went to the cemetery and had lunch with Dave and Joanne.

Mom,

You have been on my mind since I woke up this morning. It is a day I will never forget. I miss you and Dad with every fiber of my being, but I know you are in God's hands and brings me peace.

Happy 81st Birthday in Heaven, Daddy.

I treasure every day with my mom...I dread when she is gone. She says she fully intends to be around another 20 years (she is 75 going on 39!).

Many hugs to you, and I hope I can lean on your shoulder and learn one day.

Oh Donna, that was a very touching tribute to your parents. I know how much you loved them and how much you still love them in your heart today. I still remember that picture of your father hanging on the wall looking down at me when I stayed at your place. I got the odd impression that he approved of me and you being together. I agree.
