3 Betta Boys!

A couple of weeks ago... I happened to be going to San Francisco for my birthday, on the same day as the Betta show... so, of course, I bought myself three handsome birthday presents! ; D I thought you guys might like to see them.

Mind the yucky glass! Ugh. I forgot to clean it before-hand.

This is Falkor! He is a Red Dragon HMPK.
We waited through the entire 5 hour auction to get this boy! He was second to last, of course.
I spent way more than I care to admit on him... but I love him to pieces.

This is Meringue. He is a Yellow & White HMPK.
I bought him for wayyy less than he's worth. He is a bit of a shy little guy, but being Falkor's
neighbor keeps him on his toes! They love chasing each other back and fourth when the tank
light is on. I need to get more pictures of him, because these do NOTHING for his true coloring.
He's a very bright, pastel yellow with white frosting on his scales.

This is Liberace. He is a yellow & purple HM.
I wasn't expecting to get him, at all... my friend bought him for our friend,
who lives in SF, but she wasn't able to meet up with us that night. So I
just decided to keep him! Mwahaha. He is really growing on me. He's a big
show-off, despite his damaged fins. He was only $7 because of the fin
damage, but he has grown back at least 50% in just a couple weeks. : )
