    4 meters under water...:(

with all this weather frenzy weīve been having... besides cities being evacuated, incommunicated and devastated (Parral and Ojinaga being the worst, Parralīs even had a cementery wreck and about 50 tombs have been gone MIA ..)... now one other city (ojinaga) has a mayor affection since the day before yesterday... both cities are about 3hrs from me..

the "bumper" that holded the river and guided itīs course broke... and the city flooded and now itīs 4 meters... yes meters not feet, underwater... around 500 homes have been affected.. and uncountable damage has been done... fortunately no lives have been claimed so far this time

they say it would take around a week or so for the water to drain.. these poor people just lost everything and to top it off their home too...

I think I never saw it this close... so all the people from the coasts have my thought on them too as I know they have been having very very rought times.. if not even worse...

    prayers to all of us...

    Here is one news report:

    And another news report:
    http://www.deseretnews.com/article/1...259816,00.html

Most of what I could find was focusing on Texas, I am thinking that is because my PC is set for English and many of the area news would be in Spanish.

Prayers for all those people, that no lives are lost. Hard as it is, "stuff" can be replaced, for the most part.
