    Maybe now pet owners will keep their cats indoors, which is the way it should've been to begin with.

    And Donna, EXACTLY! That is one of the MANY reasons why my kitties are STRICKLY indoor only.

    PS- I dont blame the owners, but I do think it could have been prevented!

    Its very common here in England for cats to go outside, in fact I dont know of any indoor cats...

    Though I hope all the other cats around the area stay indoors until they have caught the evil person, 18 little lives is quite enough....
