I've had this happen before a few times, but not recently.
I wanted to type a couple words in ALL CAPS, but it wouldn't keep. I noticed in the same thread a poster that ALWAYS uses all caps wasn't either.
Any idea why this is?

See, now it worked in this thread. Is there something I need to do?
