My Three Little Lions!!!

Hi, since it's been getting so hot here lately and I don't have air conditioning, I decided to take Storm, Sky, and Ziggy Stardust to the groomers for lion cuts today. The lady said that Ziggy was very good but that both Storm and Sky were kind of grumpy and they didn't like having their back ends touched. I think they all look adorable and I know that they feel much cooler now. I'm probably going to start doing this every year now before the summer heat begins. Here are a few pictures of my little lions. Enjoy!!!

Robyn used to have that done to Gabe and occasionally to Dandy. I think they look so cool in more ways than one. I guess because I have poodles, I like the looks of "shaved" pets.

I've never seen a shaved cat except for photos, they do look cute!

They look great. I LOVE my 2 shaved "lions". Their fur is SO super soft when it is short. I only leave a mane around the head, though, not the entire shoulder area (personal preference).

Awwwww! They look so fashionable in their new "do's". They are just as lovely without all the fur as they are with it.. I LOVE the ball of fluff at the end of theit tails!

THOSE ARE ABOUT THE CUTEST LIONS I HAVE EVER SEEN. ITS A SHAME THAT I DONT HAVE PHOTOS OF MOOSE AND MR FLUFFY ANGELS WHEN THEY HAD THIER LION CUTS.
POOR MOOSE HE CAME OUT , ALL SHAVED AND PEOPLE LAUGHED AT HIM, AND HE RAN RIGHT BACK INTO HIS CARRIER.

This is how I thought that the groomer would shave them but I guess she decided to do the dog lion cut on them. When I was watching the reality show "Groomer Has It" on Animal Planet, in one of the shows the groomers were told to do a lion cut on one of the dog breeds and it looked just like the way the groomer shaved my cats. If I remember, I'll try to ask them next year if they could shave off everything but the mane around the head.
