I loved your story it was soooo cute, and that picture of you, just great! Nice to see another fellow buckeye, expecially one as wonderful as you And I'm sure your family is truly blessed by your presence.

What a joy it is to meet you, Pearl, if only through the Internet.
Maybe it is best that way, as if I should ever meet you in the flesh, I would be bestowing kissies and huggers in a very undignified fashion and you would have to let out one of those {sighs}.

So Pearl enjoy your high honor of being Dog of the Day, which you may now add to your other titles of Princess and Queen. Just don't hold your head up too high for fear it might give you a stiff neck. And congratulations are in order for your dear folks for they have the best honor of all...the honor of your company.

Pearl, I can just see you capturing all the hearts in the cabin of the plane that brought you to the US. Please have patience with your US family who really are trying to meet your high royal standards. After all, you were the preferred dog of the Stuart monarchs in England.

I love your little nose titled so high in the air...like the high-born lady you are. But I can also see your happy little tail & bottom wagging so furiously, because you love your wonderful family to pieces, don't you!
