    Daylight Saving Time

For those of you in States that observe this, it's time to "Spring Forward".

    http://geography.about.com/cs/daylightsavings/a/dst.htm

On Sunday, March 9 (the second Sunday in March) at 2 a.m., Daylight Saving Time begins in the United States. This is the second year that Daylight Saving Time is four weeks longer due to the passage of the Energy Policy Act in 2005. The Act, which extends Daylight Saving Time by four weeks from the second Sunday of March to the first Sunday of November, is expected to save 10,000 barrels of oil each day through reduced use of power by businesses during daylight hours.

I'll have to be sure to sleep in to make up that hour.

One less hour of work tonight!

    9/3/13
I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

There's always a person or two who walks into the church service just as it is ending...the baffled looks are priceless.

I could always call you and wake you up Unfortunately, I'll be awake all night (hopefully, anyway, since I'm working)

I really hate daylight savings time. I think it's so silly.
