My Nieces

I have realized that I have posted pics of these three on the the PT Dogs A-Z but I have never properly introduced these girls. So without further ado here are my "nieces" (Brother-in- law's)

First up is Dixie Diamond - full blooded Basset hound
She started out like this

Still cute. (if anyone is wondering how she got the diamond in her name check out her back)

Diamond is adorable. My upstairs neighbor used to breed and show bassets when she had the time and the land. She would love that pretty Dixie Diamond girl. And I am lol at Dot. She seems to think the best seat in the house (or car) is always the one Amy is sitting in. They are, all three, very pretty girls, and it looks like your BIL and SIL did a great job of picking out three girls that would get along so well together. It was a pleasure meeting them.

Edit: I'm told I'm right Dot was 4 when she was adopted but Amy was 3 months.

*For those who don't know. Sugar was Dustin's family's Basset Hound who passed on Easter of 2002. They buried her in the back yard, the milk crates were added to keep a certain white dog's race track from bringing her to the surface.
