    Heard of duvet day?

Well, tomorrow I am awarding myself a "doggy day". Going to run a few errands and spend the rest of the day walking and playing with my boys - work can wait!

Ah, I wish I could do that! I'd be home now intead of at work, taking care of Dasher. Lucky dog, you.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

Took hubby to the station at 8am then snuggled up with the boys until 10.30 Did a few chores then took them to the park for a couple of hours - where we met this little guy

That's sort of what I was thinking you meant by duvet day - you crawl right back into bed under the covers. Is that correct?
