Breed Guesses?

My friend Liz has a puppy named Otis. She has had him, approximately, since he was eight weeks old. She was told that he is a Chihuahua x Dachshund cross. The mom is supposed to be a purebred Chihuahua and the dad is supposed to be half Chihuahua and half Dachshund. The operative phrase being "supposed to"! She said the mom does look Chihuahua but the dad looks like a PW Corgi!

So, any guesses? She's gotten everything from Lab, Shar Pei, and Pit (most common ones!)! He weighs about 15 lbs. and stands probably twice as high as Spanky.

I could see Chi/Corgi.
Those legs and feet could be Dachshund or Corgi.
But I could see Pitt also....

Maybe a little of each?

(What's a PW corgi? I know of Pembroke and Welsh but is PW a corgi cross of those 2?)

youve got your corgies confused, Pembroke Welsh Corgie is 1 type, the other type is Cardigan Welsh Corgie. so PW = Pembroke Welsh Corgie.

as for breed guesses? I havent a clue! I fail to see how a Chi/Doxi could possably produce a head like that though!

I see Staffordshire Bull Terrier in the pups head for some reason . And Dachshund in the legs. What ever he is he is adorable.
