Michael Vick MAY not be doing time in prison...Update

Michael Vick may only have to serve in a drug treatment facility because he tested positive for marijuana. They're call it the "Dope Defense". Can you say LOOPHOLE?????

I'm watching the news right now and this is all a ploy, in my opinion, to avoid serving time in prison.

IF it's okayed, the law says he'll serve time at a drug treatment facility for a minimum amount of time, and serve 500 hours community service and, if he is a good boy, he may be released early. And, he may be able to still play football.

Sounds suspicious to me. He never tested dirty for drugs before until now. I smell SET UP. He was supposed to turn himself in in September, but turned himself in early admitting to smoking pot. I certainly hope the judge sees through this bull.

He may play football again? Any team he plays for will lose a LOT of fans and ticket sales. Can't see this happening...

They send him to drug rehab instead of jail for smoking pot? that is stupid.

Rehab is not a party house, trust me...any BS and a lot of the 'real' patients there will set him straight pretty quick!
